Our programs

We have a saying at Little Star, "if you've worked with one child with autism, you've worked with one child with autism!"

We say this because each child that we encounter is so different! As a parent, you should never be told that "all children with autism need ________" or "all children with autism do _______". No one "packaged" program can truly meet the needs of a child with autism – the child's program must be individualized, or designed specifically for him or her.

Just like you can't fit a round peg in a square hole, you can't make one program for all children. Each child will require a different program, one that allows them to truly work to their full potential, whatever that may be.

At Little Star, we pride ourselves on our ability to work with the family and the other professionals that support our kiddos to create programs that are truly meaningful, productive, relative and supported by data. As they say, "the proof is in the pudding", so our programs focus on gaining meaningful results.
